Returns & Exchange Policy 


At Navarasa, although returns are uncommon, we strive to ensure your satisfaction in every purchase. Should you encounter any issues, rest assured, we have your back.

• Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving them.

• Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or if the wrong product was received

• We recommend you to take an Unboxing Video upon receiving the shipment from Navarasa. This will be mutually beneficial in the event of a dispute or discrepancy.

• We do not offer Refund as a policy, however in rare circumstances we offer the equivalent of the order value as a store credit

• To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us at support@navarasa.in

• When requesting a return/exchange, please provide the original purchase invoice and at least 2 photographs of the product. For cases of receiving a wrong/damaged product, an unboxing video is required.

• Returns/exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website.

• Products bought from other websites/dealers are subject to their respective return policies.

• Once the returned product, along with its intact packaging and documentation, is received, we'll promptly send you a replacement.
